On The Turntable in 1941: 'String of Pearls' by Glenn Miller
Trivia 1941:
FAO Scharz opens in New York City.
Regis Toomey and Jane Wyman held the longest screen kiss at 3 minutes and 5 seconds in the movie 'You're In The Army Now'.
That's all this pretty red Ford cabover needs is a string of pearls to go out dancing after working all day. This nicely restored workhorse is now dressed out as an antique shop truck, probably hauling around stuff from 1941 and back. My photo of the truck's restoration photo board didn't turn out, but it was the story of this truck in poor condition, but now restored to a very high standard, probably better than it originally looked when it left the Ford truck factory.
