Endless Summer - Final Days

The sign in the window behind the car says "Endless Summer" and then under it, it says "FINAL DAYS". So my question is, how can you have final days if it is supposed to be endless??? Arrrrrgh!

The Car:
Beautiful pre-WWII 1940 Chevrolet Fleetmaster convertible, when cars were CARS. Shiny!

If I were to own this car, my summers would be endless, because I would look great driving it!
