You've got control and you can feel good too!
Nothing fancy here, just a straightforward layout although with an incomplete gauge package. I am not a fan of that particular floor shifter for the automatic transmission. First, it's ugly, and second the button in the center often got stuck - at least in the car that I had with that shifter. And without cupholders, that center console was not the place to put your coffee mug unless you wanted to wear it. But all things considered, a decent dashboard for 1966.

Agreed on the shifter. I've always liked steering column much better. Love the look of the old speedo.
