1951 Ford Custom 2 dr sedan

Shiny Ford Custom 2 door sedan here with its flathead V8, one of the legendary engines of all time. This is a very well prepped 1951 Ford in mostly stock condition except for some added chrome and a modern Ford badge in the engine compartment. The owner added a US flag decal to the rear window too.

I like the dual exhausts and the rear car club plaque hanging below the rear bumper. These old Fords were great cars in their day. Chevrolet had an overhead valve engine but only a straight 6, while the competing Plymouth model still had a flathead 6. You could get this Ford with a 6, but why?
