Description

On The Turntable In 1940: 'Slow Freight' - Glenn Miller
A nice little fox trot from the Glenn Miller Orchestra.

So here we are at the local Chevy Club swap meet looking at Fords. This is a nice looking 1940 Ford Tudor sedan in your basic black color scheme and quite a few modifications from the day when this car emerged from the Ford factory. Those nice meaty tires got Sweetie's attention right away. I can tell she's working up her need for some fast acceleration - no slow freight for Sweetie today. Where would be a good destination for our virtual Road Trip of the Day with this fine Ford? How about a nice cruise on down to the Boardwalk at Santa Cruz? With the sound of 'Slow Freight' coming from the radio. If this was 1940 we would have to find a dance hall and practice our foxtrot.

I don't think this was chopped, though personally I could see it needing to be channeled a little bit :XD: I mean, if you are going to do modifications, that's where I would start...

Ain't life grand? Go to a chevy meet and see Fords! :XD: This is like when I go to a burger joint and ask for the chicken sandwich. heh heh
